Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that helps restore the body’s natural balance and calm. It works through the flow of gentle, universal life energy—supporting relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of inner peace.
It’s similar to what the church refers to as “laying hands,” but without any religious practice attached. Reiki simply channels positive, restorative energy where it’s needed most.
I currently offer distant Reiki sessions, which means you can receive from anywhere in the world. Energy isn’t limited by physical space; it moves through intention and connection. During your session, you’ll be invited to rest in a quiet, comfortable place while I send Reiki energy remotely. Many people feel warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of peace as their body and mind gently realign.
Reiki doesn’t require belief—it only asks for openness. Its purpose is simple: to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more centered in your everyday life.

QHHT
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a transformative method of guided hypnosis developed by the late Dolores Cannon, a world-renowned hypnotherapist, author, and teacher.
Dolores first discovered this process by accident in the 1960s while assisting her husband, who was practicing traditional hypnosis. During a routine session, their client unexpectedly began describing a past life in vivid detail—complete with names, places, and experiences that could later be verified. Intrigued, Dolores devoted the rest of her life to studying this phenomenon, refining the technique, and documenting thousands of sessions that revealed deep wisdom from the subconscious, or what she called the Higher Self.
QHHT gently guides you into a relaxed, natural state of awareness—often described as the space between waking and dreaming—where your conscious mind quiets and your deeper consciousness can speak freely. In this space, you can explore past life memories, receive insights about present challenges, and connect directly with your Higher Self for guidance and healing.

🌸 Preparing for Your Session
Before your appointment, you’ll be invited to prepare a list of questions you’d like answered. These may include personal, health, relationship, or spiritual topics—anything that feels important for your growth or understanding.
During your session, I’ll gently guide you into hypnosis using verbal relaxation techniques. You remain aware and in control throughout. Some people see vivid images or scenes, while others experience quiet knowing or intuitive insight. Your Higher Self directs the session, sharing only what you are ready to receive.
🌺 Session Setting & Travel
I am a traveling QHHT practitioner based in the Macon, Georgia area and currently commute up to 30 minutes from Macon for private sessions.
Sessions are in-person only—I do not offer online hypnosis. Because of the depth of this process, uninterrupted focus and safety are essential. If the internet were to disconnect during an online session, it could disrupt your relaxed state. For this reason, I choose to offer only in-person experiences to ensure the highest quality and comfort.
Your session space should be quiet, private, and comfortable, with no other people, pets, or distractions present. This ensures you can fully relax and connect with your inner guidance.
🌿 Recording & Aftercare
Each QHHT session is professionally recorded, and you’ll receive a thumb drive copy of your entire session to keep. Many clients find that listening again deepens their understanding and helps new insights continue to unfold.
After your session, you may wish to rest, drink plenty of water, and spend time journaling or reflecting. The healing and clarity from QHHT often continue to integrate gently in the days and weeks that follow.
